Directors serving on the District's Board serve staggered four-year terms and are elected by the voters according to the ACT creating the District. The District shall hold an election to elect the appropriate number of directors on the uniform election date prescribed by Section 41.001. Election Code, in November of each even-numbered year.

Aaron Weishuhn, General Manager
Aaron joined the District in January of 2025. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Aaron majored in Rangeland Ecology and Management and minored in Environmental Soil Science. He is a native of Colorado County. Aaron, Abigail, and their children reside in Columbus.
Kim Ferguson, Office Manager
Kim has been employed by the District since 2009. Kim attended Baker College and earned a degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Kim and her husband, Gregg, reside in Weimar.
